The Articles of Incorporation were written and
filed by then President, Charlie Ayres; First Vice
President, John Babb; Second Vice President, Warren Grimbay;
Secretary-Treasure, Marjorie Ayres; and the Board of
Directors, George Hammond, John Pfister, and Jules
Rosenthal.
